Our postage charges are based on your location and the total value of your order.
For orders to destinations within Australia, postage charges are $7.00 for orders under $100.00, $120.00 for orders of $101.00 to $500.00 and $20.00 for orders over $500.00.
For orders to destinations outside Australia postage charges are $20.00 for orders under $100.00 and $40.00 for orders over $100.00.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to replace any of our products if the products break within 6 months of purchase after normal wear and tear. We regret that normal wear and tear does not include being chewed in any way — try not to leave your equipment where your dog can get to it — dogs will be dogs.
